Animated short-form video subscriptions for kids content creators

A. Personalized children’s videos

Child’s photograph (uploaded by a parent or legal guardian)

Billing and payment information (processed securely by Shopify and payment providers)

B. YouTube Shorts subscriptions (creators & businesses)

VAT number (if applicable)

⚠️ We do not intentionally collect personal data of children for subscription-based creator services.

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (GDPR ART. 6)

3. CHILDREN’S IMAGES & AI PROCESSING

For personalized children’s videos:

Uploaded images are used exclusively to:

Generate a temporary AI-assisted avatar
Produce the personalized animation video

✔ Images are automatically and permanently deleted immediately after avatar generation
✔ Images are never sold, reused, or stored long-term
✔ Images are never used for training AI models

4. DATA RETENTION

Order and billing data is stored as required by Romanian fiscal and accounting law
Subscription data is stored for the duration of the active subscription and legally required periods
Children’s images are deleted immediately after processing

5. DATA SHARING

We share personal data only when strictly necessary, with:

Shopify (e-commerce platform)
Payment providers (for secure payment processing)
Secure digital storage platforms (for content delivery)

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
