Reselling, redistributing, or offering the videos as standalone products or packs is not permitted.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Tambala Studio provides digital animation services, including:

a) Personalized Children’s Animation Videos

Custom AI-generated animation videos created based on information provided by the customer (e.g. child’s name, language, optional photo).

b) Animated YouTube Shorts Subscriptions

Subscription-based delivery of short-form animated videos (20–30 seconds) designed for YouTube Shorts and similar platforms, delivered on a monthly basis.

All products are digital services. No physical goods are sold.

3. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Personalized Videos

  • Production begins after successful order confirmation

  • Delivery occurs within 48 business hours, unless otherwise stated

  • Delivery is made digitally via email or secure download link

YouTube Shorts Subscriptions

  • Content is delivered monthly, according to the selected subscription plan

  • Delivery is made via a shared digital folder or agreed delivery method

  • Customers are responsible for uploading, scheduling, and publishing content

Tambala Studio does not guarantee views, engagement, or channel growth.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By placing an order, you confirm that:

For Personalized Videos

  • You are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or otherwise legally entitled to use the provided image or information

  • You have full rights to upload and submit any content provided

  • The information you provide is accurate

For Shorts Subscriptions

  • You are authorized to operate or manage the destination channel

  • You understand the content is not exclusive unless explicitly stated

  • You accept responsibility for how and where the content is published

5. AI & CONTENT DISCLAIMER

  • Content is produced using AI-assisted tools

  • Minor visual or stylistic variations may occur

  • Final results may differ slightly from previews or samples

This does not constitute a defect or grounds for refund.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & CANCELLATION

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly, unless otherwise stated

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund delivered content

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods

7. REFUNDS & DIGITAL GOODS

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Personalized videos are non-refundable once production has started

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional cases.

8. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving:

  • Illegal content

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Third-party rights violations

  • Child exploitation or misuse

In such cases, any payment may be refunded at our discretion.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tambala Studio is not liable for:

  • Platform moderation or removal of content

  • Copyright claims arising from customer misuse

  • Loss of revenue, views, or audience growth

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations.
